Hey everyone, welcome to Meet The Pepperjam Team Video #24.
Hey guys hope everyone had a great 4th of July, I know I did even though it was raining here, besides I think Pepperjam 07 made up for it. This week we have the clown prince himself Mr. Matt Bradley. Matt is a great guy, he is a very loud, cheery guy and makes days here at Pepperjam even better than they already are. Matt has been with us for about 7 months and has already shown everyone that he is a hard worker, he is here pretty late most of the time making sure that his search accounts are performing that best that they possibly can.
As Matt puts it he is like Mr. October except Mr. Happy Hour when Friday rolls around, he is usually rounding up the crew to go to the bar down the street for some cocktails and good conversation. Matt also LOVES the Yankees, He is there #1 fan and has a Jeter tattoo across the top of his back just like the jersey 
It is great having Matt here so here is just a little taste of what we get from him on a daily basis. Enjoy!

For those of you who don’t know the “rules” behind the Meet the Pepperjam Video Series, here they are:
Every Friday Pepperjam will post a new video interview of a member of our staff - everyone will be included - affiliates managers, executives, search-engine marketing managers, directors, software engineers, assistants, online media buyers, and interns. The person being interviewed won’t know he / she has been chosen until about 30 seconds before the interview - this way you’ll get an unrehearsed, real world look at the employee…hopefully, this will make it interesting and non-corporate, which is what we are known and respected for across the internet marketing industry.
Why are we doing this? Well, I am proud of our team and I think you’ll find them as interesting and intelligent as I do. Also, I’m a student of viral video and the social media space and I want to test the waters as it relates to what corporate america is doing (and not doing) to spread buzz and build next generation work places.
Finally, I just thought it would be cool to put some people in front of a video camera that have never done so before, have a little bit of fun, and see if Pepperjam can spread some additional buzz about why we are the leader in online marketing.
FYI - all videos will also be posted to YouTube. If you think what we are doing is outside-the-box and interesting please blog about it and share the story with the world.

Bradley,
You just earned yourself a new desk - in stall one (1) of the men’s room. I expect your stuff to me moved there by the time I get back from Afiliate Summit next Wednesday. Until then I’m gonna need you to write the following sentence 100 times.
I LOVE MY CEO - THEREFORE, I WILL NOT SIT AT MY CEO’S DESK AND SHOOT A VIDEO WHEN HE IS OUT OF TOWN EVER AGAIN, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SAID VIDEO WILL APPEAR ON YOUTUBE.
